Make a Fist, Get Blissed

A common relaxation technique involves clenching the fists for a short period of time in order to "reset the mind". Studies have shown that the simple act of making a fist can help you cope with stress or anxiety. The mind gets preoccupied with the tightening of the muscles and focus becomes minimized on the issue at hand… no pun intended.

Put on a big smile, make a fist, strap on your Machina boxing gloves and punch a heavy bag until you're breathing heavily!
