Additional Comments: All of the classes at APEX are co-ed, and we have a Women's MMA Fitness class on Wed's at 5:30 pm taught by owner/fighter Nicole Rivera. We have several females of all ages including children who are striving to take the practice to the next level in grappling, kickboxing, and MMA, with skill levels ranging from novice to pro.
